Guidelines for Papers and Posters

The Scientific Committee of the AP PEDICON 2025 Invites PG Students to submit Papers and Posters for the conference to be held on 14ᵗʰ, 15ᵗʰ, and 16ᵗʰ of November 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

  • All MD, DCH, and DNB PG students are eligible.
  • Posters and papers that have won medals, prizes, or been published earlier are not eligible.
  • Prior registration for the conference is mandatory.
  • IAP membership is mandatory (submit IAP membership number or subscription receipt if applied recently).
  • One student can submit for one category only (either paper or poster).
  • Authorization letter from the College HOD should be enclosed.

Guidelines for Papers

  • Soft copy of papers should be sent on or before 5PM, 31stOctober. No extensions will be granted.
  • Case reports will not be accepted.
  • Papers should be structured in the following format:
    • -Title
    • -Introduction
    • -Aims and Objectives
    • -Materials and Methods
    • -Results
    • -Discussions
    • -Conclusions
  • There will be 3 prizes and top 6 papers among the received will be selected for Offline presentation in the conference

Guidelines for Posters

  • Soft copy of posters in PPT format, not exceeding 4 slides.
  • There will be 3 prizes and top,6 posters will be selected for presentation in the conference

Additional Information

Prizes will be awarded for the best 3 papers and 3 posters.

The Scientific Committee's decision is final.
